Man wanted for forgery of documents in the Republic of Karachaevo-Cherkessia surrenders himself to Armenian Police

Thanks to the explanatory works carried out by officers of Malatya police division,  Araz M.,  DOB 1971, surrendered himself to Armenian Police at 15:30 on February 17. The man had been wanted by law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Karachaevo-Cherkessia charged with forgery of documents since September 30, 2013.
