Police detain woman wanted for false crime reporting

On Friday March 14 at 2:15 a.m. Heghine V., DOB 1982, was detained by officers of “Zvartnots” airport Line division just after the arrival of Moscow – Yerevan flight. The detainee had been wanted under the Republic of Armenia Criminal Code, article 333, part 1, namely  false crime reporting, if the person consciously provided false information,  since August 28, 2013.

Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
