On charges of breach of traffic rules which caused human death

Thanks to the operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Amasia police division, Artem H., DOB 1982, was detained in Bandivan village of Shirak marz on Tuesday, April 28 at 3:15 p.m. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Rostov oblast, Russia, charged for evasion from serving his sentence imposed under the RA Criminal Code, article 242, part 2 /breach of traffic rules and rules of vehicle exploitation which negligently caused human death/ since 2014.
