Police detain fugitive thief wanted by law enforcement bodies of Krasnodar oblast, Russia

Andranik K., DOB 1982, was detained at Bagratashen BCP following special measures taken by police officers. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Krasnodar oblast, Russia charged for theft since January 30, 2015.
