Young man wanted for theft and swindling turns himself in to the Police

This weekend Samson Gh., DOB 1988, turned himself in at Central division of the RA Police. The young man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, par 1 and article 178, part 1 since November 26, 2015.
