Wanted fugitive detained in Hushakert village

On Wednesday, February 25 at 10:40 a.m. Ishkhan H., DOB 1988, was detained in Hushakert village following special measures taken by officers from Baghramyan police division. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 286, part 2, point 2 /breach of established veterinary rules or rules for struggle against plant diseases and vermin/ since February 24, 2015.
