Man wanted for willful evasion from supporting his child turns himself in

On Tuesday July 29 at 2 p.m. Samvel A., DOB 1976, turned himself in at Nor Nork police division. The man had been wanted for  willful evasion from supporting his child since October 10, 2013.
Custody has been selected as a measure of restraint.
