Ripped a gold chain off the neck

On September 24 at 00:10 a.m. a man approached to the Police officers on Tumanyan street and pointed his finger at Sergey Kh., born in 1983, who on Sepetmeber 21 at 23:10 at Mashtots avenue and Grigor Lusavorich street intersection obviously ripped a golden chain off his neck and ran away.
On the same day at 00:15 on Tumanyan street Sergey Kh. was detained.
A preliminary investigation is underway.
