Young fugitive detained in Gyumri

On Tuesday December 2 at 8 p.m. Azat S., DOB 1996, was detained in the vicinity of "Hoktember" cinema in Gyumri town. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code,a rticle 177, part 1 /thet/ since December 1, 2014.
