Police officers detain women wanted for hooliganism

At 14:00 on October 17 officers of Shengavit police division detained Gayane D., DOB 1963, at 48/1 Arshakunyats avenue, Yerevan. The woman had been wanted charged under article 258, section 2 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia, namely hooliganism accompanied with violence in relation to citizens or a threat to use it, as well as, destruction or damage of somebody’s property, since October 17 of this year.

At 10:10 on October 17 officers of Taron police division detained Alvard S., DOB 1958, in one of the apartments at 34 Tigran Mets avenue, Vanadzor. The woman had been wanted charged under article 258, section 1 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia, namely hooliganism, i.e. brutal violation of public order which is manifested in express disrespect  to citizens since October 10 of this year.
