As a result of the operative-investigative measures taken by the criminal detectives of “Zvartnots” airport Police Line department, on January 8, after the arrival of the Moscow-Yerevan flight, 40-year-old citizen of the Republic of Belarus Alexei G. was found at the airport, arrested and taken to the Police Line Department. He had been wanted by Interpol of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on charges of theft and membership in a criminal group since December 22, 2022.
Arrest has been selected as a measure of restraint.
The NCB of Interpol in Armenia and the Prosecutor's office have been notified of the detection.
