Police detain fugitive thief

On Tuesday December 9 at 10:05 a.m. Alik H., DOB 1970, was detained in his own apartment following special measures taken by officers Vagharshapat police division. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 2, point 3 /theft/ since December 5, 2014.
