The fellow was wanted accused of theft

Due to the joint measures undertaken by the police officers of Vanadzor and Gugarq police divisions, at 08:50 on March 14, Armen V., DOB 1991, was detained. The detainee had been wanted by Kotayq police division accused of theft since March 7.
