Man wanted by Polish law enforcement bodies turned himself in to Armenian Police
On Friday December 12 at 12:45 p.m. Armenian citizen Aramayis V., DOB 1966, turned himself in following operational search measures and explanatory work carried out by officers of Shengavit police division. The man had been wanted by Polish law enforcers on charges of battery.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
