Swindling fugitive surrenders himself to Police

Thanks to the explanatory works carried out by officers of Nor-Nork police division,  Marat Kh.,  DOB 1970, surrendered himself to Armenian Police  on Monday March 17 at 6:50 p.m. The man had been wanted for swindling since March 5.
