Swindling fugitive surrenders himself to Police

On Friday April 4 at 2:30 p.m. Ruben A., DOB 1984, who had been wanted under the RA Criminal code, article 178, part 1 /swindling/ since April 4, surrendered himself to Police following explanatory measures taken by officers of Central Police division.
