Young man wanted for hooliganism surrenders himself to the Police

At 11:20 on November 21 Gevorg Kh., DOB 1990, came to the Central division of Police of the Republic of Armenia and surrendered himself to the Police. The young man had been wanted for hooliganism since September 3 of this year.
