On November 12 at 14:00 the police officers of the Criminal investigation and Passport and Visa departments found out Hermine Kh., born in 1975, in the PVD administrative building. Hermine Kh., who had been wanted by Moscow law enforcement authorities since October 19 of the current year on аcharge of a fraud, was detained.
