As a result of measures taken by the criminal detectives of “Zvartnots” airport Police Line department, on February 23, at 00:40, after the arrival of the Tbilisi-Yerevan flight, a UK citizen Daniel K․ was found at the airport, arrested and taken to the Police Line Department. The man had been wanted by the Interpol of the Republic of Romania since April 18, 2017 on charges of membership in an organized criminal group.
Arrest has been selected as a measure of restraint.
The National Central Bureau of Interpol of the RA Police and the Prosecutor's office have been notified of the detection.
