Wanted man gives himself up to Armenian policemen in Moscow

Thanks to the explanatory work carried out by officers from the General Department of Criminal Intelligence along with their colleagues from Arabkir police division, Arsen A., DOB 1973, was transported to Armenia by Moscow-Yerevan flight after giving himself up to the members of Armenian police task force in Moscow. 
The man had been wanted by Malatya police division charged under the RA Criminal Code, article 325, part 1 /illicit forgery, sale or use of forged documents, stamps, seals, letter-heads, vehicle license plates/ since September 25, 2012.
