Wanted man transported to Armenia by Moscow–Yerevan flight

Armenian citizen Nver H., DOB 1984, was transported to Armenia by Moscow–Yerevan flight after being detained in the city of Moscow, Russia, following special measures taken by officers from the General Department of Criminal Intelligence of the RA Police. The detainee had been wanted by Police of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic charged under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 2, point 2 /swindling committed on large-scale/ since December 17, 2014.
