Police detain a theft fugitive

On Saturday, March 28 at 7 p.m. Avetiq A., DOB 1978, was detained in Khachpar village following operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Masis police division. The detainee had been wanted by Masis police division charged under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 1 /theft/ since March19, 2015.
