On Friday, September 18 at 11:45 a.m. Mkrtich M., DOB 1972, was detained in Yeranos village of Gegharkunik marz, following special measures taken by officers from Malatya division of the RA Police. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 185, part 2 /intentional destruction or spoilage of property/ since December 17, 2014.
