Fugitive swindler detained in Yerevan

Thanks to the special measures taken by officers from the Yeghegnadzor police division along with their colleagues from the Investigation Department of the RA Ministry of finance Arman S., DOB 1983, was detained in Yerevan on Thursday, November 12 at 7:30 p.m. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 2, point 2 /swindling/ since November 9, 2015.
