A corpse in a burnt down flat

On January 28, at 21:00, an alert was received at Tumanyan police division, informing that a fire broke out in the house 2 on Engels street.
The fire was extinguished with the efforts of two combat accounts on the same day, at 22:15.
It was found out that the fire broke out in the apartment 10 of the house 2 on Engels street at about 20:30 on January 28, where the landlady's, Liza Babayan's, born in 1931, corpse was found.
A forensic and medical examination has been assigned.
The circumstances are being clarified.
An investigation is underway.
