After 3 years on the run fugitive thief detained at Bagratashen BCP

On Thursday, November 12 at 9:30 a.m. Artur Zh., DOB 1986, was detained at Bagratashen BCP following special measures taken by officers from Mashtots police division. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 1 /theft/ since November 4, 2012.
