On charge of breach of traffic rules and rules of vehicle exploitation

Due to the operational search measures taken by officers of Talin police division, at 10:15 on August 20, Roman G., DOB 1982, was detained in one of the apartments of building 15 located on Khanjyan street, Yerevan city. The detainee had been wanted charged under article 242, section 2 (breach of traffic rules and rules of vehicle exploitation which negligently caused human death) of the RA Criminal code since August 14 of the current year.
