One of the 8-month-old twin brothers dies in a dreadful RTA in Yerevan

On Thursday February 19 a 82-year-old female pedestrian, as well as  a 30-year-old woman with her twin baby boys were hospitalized after being hit by a "Volkswagen" which left the carriageway and drove onto the sidewalk. 
The Volkswagen's second occupant was also hospitalized.
Unfortunately, Tigran Harutyunyan, one of the twin baby boys, died in hospital later the same day.
Investigation is underway.
