Pedestrian dead after being struck by car in Aparan town

About 19:15 on February 9 Volodya Hakobyan, DOB 1938, was struck by a “VAZ-2121” model automobile in front of the apartment house at 67 Baghramyan street, Aparan town.
The driver surrendered himself to police.
Preliminary investigation is underway.
