Two young men wanted for kidnapping arrested

Thanks to the special measures and explanatory work carried out by officers from Goris police division, residents of Tegh village Hamlet M., DOB 1993, and Hayrapet Gh., DOB 1993, turned themselves to the Police. The young men had been wanted under the RA criminal Code, article 131, part 2, points 1 and 4 /kidnapping committed by a group of persons with prior agreement agaisnt a minor/ since December 6, 2015.
