At 11:45 on December 17 Yura P., DOB 1967, was detained by officers of the General Department of Criminal Intellighence of Police of the Republic of Armenia at the intersection of Nalbandyan and Isahakyan streets, Yerevan. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcers of Sochi city, Russia, charged under the Russian Federation Criminal Code, article 264, part 5 / breach of traffic rules and rules of vehicle exploitation which negligently caused human death/ since December 9 of this year..
