On Wednesday December 17 at 9 a.m. Atom N., DOB 1980, was detained near the dwelling house at 2/3 Moldovakan street, Yerevan  following special measures taken by officers from the General Department of Criminal Intelligence of th RA Police. The man had been wanted by Russian law enforcement bodies charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 111, part 4 /infliction of willful grave damage to health which involved the death of the victim by negligence / since July 8, 2005.
