Partly, it was mentioned that the development of the information technologies creates favourable conditions for their criminal use. In this sphere criminal activities like destruction of information and information resources, their alteration, embezzlement, blockade and etc. became widespread. In such circumstances, the necessity for interagency coordination between law enforcement bodies of different countries for the sake of counteraction to High Tech crimes increases. Thus, only in 2012 10227 High tech crimes were registered on the territory of the Russian Federation, while in the same period 50 cybercrimes were registered in the Republic of Armenia. As a result of the measures taken by bodies of inner affairs of the Russian Federation, 2835 users from 66 countries who had spread pornographic materials with the participation of juveniles have been detected since January, 2012.
