Man comes to the police after returning from Moscow

Due to the explanatory works Carried out by officers of Charentsavan police division, at 20:30 on April 29 Anatoliy B., DOB 1951, came to the police after returning from Moscow city, RF. The man had been wanted accused of fraud since November 30, 2010.
An inqury is underway.
