Police officers detain man wanted by Moscow law enforcers charged with theft of private property

At 19:15 on November 4 Vachagan M., DOB 1982, was detained by officers of Sisian police division on Garegin Nzhdeh street, Sisian town. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcers of Moscow city, Russia, charged with theft of private property since May 6, 2011.
