On November 28 at 15:00 the police officers of Malatia police division detained Hovhannes K., born in 1964, from «Zvartnots» airport arrival hall after the Moscow-Yerevan flight aircraft had arrived. The latter had been wanted by Police Central division since Jule 27, on a charge of a fraud.
