Police detain man wanted by the General Department of the Russian MIA for Moscow oblast on charges of a fatal crash

Armen Kh., DOB 1980, was taken to Bagratashen police subdivision afetr being caught at Bagratashen BCP this weekend. The man had been wanted by the General Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow oblast charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 264, part 3 /an accident resulting in the death of a person / since December 10, 2014.
Custody has been selected as a measure of restraint.
The initiator of the intelligence has been notified of Armen Kh.'s detection.
