Young man wanted by law enforcement officials of Yaroslavl oblast, Russia, detained in Qaghtsrashen village, Armenia

Tengiz Kh., DOB 1992, who had been wanted by law enforcement officials of Yaroslavl oblast, Russia, charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 112, part 1 /intentional infliction of grave damage to health/ since January 31, 2014, was detained following operational search measures taken by officers of Ashtarak police division.
