Iranian citizen detained at checkpoint for misappropriation or embezzlement in Armenia

During the implementation of the operational data received at the General Department of Criminal Investigation of the RA Police, a 37-year-old citizen of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Muhammad G., was detained at the Meghri checkpoint on July 28 at 04.55 am thanks to special measur5es taken by  employees of the Meghri division of the RA Police .The foreigner had been wanted by the Malatia Police division on charges under Article 179 of the RA Criminal Code (billing or embezzlement) since July 2.
