Fugitive swindler turns himself in

On Thursday December 18 at 11 a.m. Gevorg Kh., DOB 1982, turned himself in following explanatory measures taken by officers Nor Nork  police division. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 3, point 1 /swindling/ since December 18, 2014.
