Missing man, wanted by Russian law enforcers, 5 years later turns himself in to Armenian Police
A few days ago Russian citizen Ara H., DOB 1972, turned himself in to Armenian Police following explanatory measures taken by officers of Kotayk police division alongside their colleagues from Kotayk passport division. The man who had been missing since December 6, 2009, was declared wanted by law enforcement bodies of Tyumen oblast, Russia.
The initiator of the intelligence and Kotayk marz Prosecutor’s office have been notified of Arah H.’s detection.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
