At 16:30 on August 25 officers of Bagratashen police division detained Russian citizen Artyom G., DOB 1983, at Bagratashen checkpoint of the RA NSS border troops. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcers of Ufa, Bashkir Republic, charged under article 163, section 1 of the Russian criminal code since June 30, 2010.
