Police officers find out the real circumstances of the fatal road accident

On June 2 Kapan police division received a report informing that a “Folxwagen Golf” model automobile ran into the road kerb and overturned on Spandaryan street, Kapan town, as a result of which driver Kasrez Ghazaryan, DOB 1991, deceased on the spot.
Thanks to the operative and search measures undertaken by police officers, it wa s found out that in fact Emin G. DOB 1990, lost control over the mnetioned automobile , which belonged to him, and ran into the road kerb at the mentioned place, as a result of which the automobile obverturned and passenger Karen Ghazaryan suffered injuries and deceased  on the spot.
Emin G. was detained and avowed himself.
A criminal case was initiated under section 2 of article 242 of the RA Criminal code at Investigation division.
A preliminary investigation is underway.
