Police detain man reported missing by law enforcement bodies of Moscow city

On Thursday March 12 at 3:30 p.m. Gagik N., DOB 1947, turned himself in to the Police following explanatory work carried out by officers from Shengavit police division. The man had been declared missing by law enforcement bodies of Moscow city since August 29, 2013.
