A few days ago Sahak S., DOB 1961, was detained in Yerevan following special measures taken by officers of the General Department of Criminal Intelligence alongside their colleagues from Shengavit police division.
The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 205, part 2 /willful evasion from from taxes, duties or other mandatory payments/ since September 16, 2011.
