On charges of evasion from serving his sentence

Artyom D., DOB 1986, was detained following operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Artashat police division of the RA Police. The detainee had been wanted for evasion from serving his sentence imposed under the RA Criminal Code, article 242, part 2 /breach of traffic rules and rules of vehicle exploitation/ since January 29, 2015.
