Man wanted by law enforcement bodies of the city of Perm, Russia, detained in Armenia

On Monday March 24 at 10:50 a.m. Artak Kh., DOB 1977, was detained on Myasnikyan street, Martuni. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of the city of Perm, Russia, charged with swindling since January 7 of this year.
