Police detain man wanted for evasion from serving his sentence imposed by Court

Thanks to the operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Ashtarak and Talin divisions of the RA Police, Artur H., DOB 1973, was detained in the village of Ujan, Aragatsotn marz on Thursday, November 12 at 11:10 p.m. The detainee had been wanted for evasion from serving his sentence imposed under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 2, point 2 /swindling/, article 214, part 2 /abuse of authority by the employees of commercial or other organizations/ and article 66 /assignment of punishment by accumulation of crimes/ since November 10, 2015.
