Swindler wanted by Russian law enforcers detained in Armenia after 17-year hunt

On Thursday September 25 at 1:45 p.m. Hakob S., DOB 1963, was detained at Bagratashen border crossing point following special measures taken by officers of Bagratashen police subdivision. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Ryazan city, Russia, charged with swindling, since January 3, 1997.
