Man was reported wanted by Russian law enforcers accused of causing grievous bodily harm

At 15:45 on March 28, Hovhannes I., DOB 1971, came to Talin police division. The man had been reported wanted by law enforcers of Nizhegorodskaya oblast, RF, accused of causing grievous bodily harm since February 8, 2011.
